圆管抛光机的机组构成/The composition of the tube polishingmachine：
抛光机组由上料架、抛光机、下料架等3部分组成。上料架负责将待抛光的管材放置好，向抛光机组送料。抛光机组主要是对管材进行外表面进行抛光，通过抛光轮和抛光蜡的结合，是管材表面达到镜面效果。下料架就是负责将抛光后的管材进行集中收集，打包。
Polishing unit consists of loading frame, polishing machine,unloading rack and other three parts. The loading frame isresponsible for placing the pipe to be polished and then feedingthe polishing unit. Polishing unit is mainly on the outer surfaceof the pipe to be polished, through the combination of polishingwheel and polishing wax, the pipe surface to achieve mirror effect.The unloading rack is responsible for collecting the polishedtubing and then packing it.
圆管抛光机工作原理/Working principle of tube polishing machine：
管材进入抛光机组后，下方由托板顶起，防止管材掉落，胶轮具有一定的斜角角度，由电机带动转动，方便管材在抛光过程中行进。抛光轮安装在打磨筒的筒轴上，由电机驱动转动，通过调节杆进行前后调节，对管材进行表面打磨。

Thepolishing wheel is mounted on the cylinder shaft of the grindingdrum, and is rotated by the motor, through the adjustment rodbefore and after the adjustment, the surface of the pipegrinding.
