ZN-2 is designed to producestretchwrap films from LLDPE, LDPE or for the applications ofpalletwrap and silagewrap. It can be used on either blown film orcast film process.Polymers used with ZN-2 masterbatchmust not contain any Anti blocking additive, slip agent asthis will prevent the migration of cling additive. Migration timefor good cling properties is usually 24 to 72 hours.
Note: during production, the speeder the film getcool,means stronger adhesion the film surface is; and the more ZN-2added in, the stronger adhesion get. Production thereafter, shouldkeep the film in a high temperature to enhance the the adhesion asthe storge time goes.
RECOMMENDEDADDITION
On monolayer blown film lines, 6% to8% ZN-2 by weight should be added to resin mix.
On monolayer Cast lines , 3 % to 5%
Onmultiple-layer film lines, ZN-2 is usually added to the skin layersonly. Addition level depends on which layer is used and thethickness of layer.Product Index:
